Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna
Our 20 acre property overlooks the Kenai River Flats with access to the Kenai River. We are located at the end of the road in a small quiet subdivision off Beaver Loop Road, at 1530 Angler Drive. We are 10 minutes from both Kenai and Soldotna. Our dock is at mile 10 of the Kenai River, and is the first private dock on the lower river. We are centrally located so you can experience a variety of outdoor and tourist attractions locally or a few hours away (Homer, Seward, Kasilof, Anchor Point, Ninilchik, Cooper Landing).
Kahtnu Flats Inn
Our Inn is nestled in the trees, overlooking the Kenai River and the Kenai River Flats. While visiting our Inn, you will experience nature at your doorstep. We are surrounded by 600+ acres of undeveloped, protected watershed habitat that is the home to moose, caribou, bear, coyote, wolf, lynx, eagles, owls, and more. Then there is the Kenai River. Our dock is located on the lower River and you are minutes from some of the best fishing spots for king, silver, and red salmon. We have great places to take a stroll and to ride a bike. In August we have great blueberry picking. When the snow comes we offer cross country skiing to areas that are seldom accessed. The sunsets over the Alaskan range are beautiful. Of course in the summer you will have to stay up very late to see them.
